# 0. 可用性监控指南

### **1. 访问可用性监控仪表板**

1. 登录到您的 **CheckCle 应用**.
2. 从 **左侧边栏**，点击 **可用性监控**.
   * 这将打开 **概览仪表板**，您可以看到：
     * **正常运行的服务** （绿色）
     * **已中断的服务** （红色）
     * **已暂停的服务** （蓝色）
     * **警告服务** （橙色）
3. 在概览卡片下方， **当前监控** 部分显示：
   * **服务名称**
   * **服务类型**
   * **服务状态** （正常/中断）
   * **响应时间**
   * **运行时间百分比**
   * **最近检查时间**

### **2. 暂停或恢复监控**

* 在服务详情页面，点击 **暂停监控** 如果您暂时不想跟踪某个服务。
* 点击 **恢复监控** 以再次开始监控。

### **3. 有效监控提示**

* 为关键服务使用 **较短的间隔** 。
* 启用 **通知** 以接收即时警报。
* 结合 **区域监控** 以进行全球服务可用性检查。
* 定期检查 **报告** 以进行历史运行时间分析。
